This recipe for meat in red wine sauce is a delicious meat, you will love it. Serve it one day you want to impress your guests.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • beef, post ball leg
  • red wines
  • mushrooms
  • wheat flour
  • margarines
  • salt, and pepper

Preparation

The meat is seasoned or marinated 4 hours in advance or from the day before before this it must be beautified (fixed), with the rest of the meat it is put to cook in water and leave for 45 minutes.
It is removed from the heat and it is liquefied and it is passed through the sieve, that juice is put to heat, red wine is added and it is expected with a roux.
In addition, the mushroom is cut into eighths, sautéed with onion, paprika and a little garlic and margarine, then added to the sauce.
Apart the meat, place it in the oven for 1 hour, remove it to the sauce, let it reduce and serve.
