Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo meat
  • 1/2 bacon
  • 1/2 kilos tomato
  • 5 onions
  • fresh coriander
  • Water
  • salt
  • seasoning
  • Swiss Knorr
  • bean

Preparation

Put the bacon to brown.
Since the bacon is dyed, the meat is fried.
Blend the onions a little cilantro, tomatoes, Swiss Knorr, seasonings and little water.

A la hora de agregar la carne se le pone pimienta y dos hojas de laurel para que agarre sabor al soltar el jugo la carne... a lo que se va a moler, al gusto, unas cuantas rajas de jalapeño en escabeche, y un chorro del vinagre... al agregar lo molido a la cazuela, al soltar el hervor, media naranja para que hierva un rato junto con todo, y sazonar con el consomé... deliciosa esta receta! 😋
