The meat pancakes are a popular dish in Mexican cuisine, they are made with fried shredded beef skirts and bathed in a sauce; either green, red or with tomato sauce. You can accompany them with refried beans or white rice.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 kilo flank steak, to thrash
  • 1/2 kilos egg
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • enough oil
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Wash the meat and cook in the pressure cooker for 35 minutes and then thaw it.
Place the eggs in a bowl and salt. Add the meat later and mix it. It should be with a little more egg than meat.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry in the form of pancakes or small circles.
Drain them in servitoallas and serve them.

PRESENTATION

Serve with fried beans and Mexican sauce.

Tortitas de carne caldosas También las he comido en caldillo de jitomate con chile serrano entro pero abierto y es igualmente delicioso.
