Preparation
For the pancakes, mix the meat with Maizena® Regular cornstarch. Separate the whites from the yolks.
Beat the whites to the point of nougat; add the yolks with half cube of Knorr Tomato® Crumbled Tomato Seasoning and meat.
Heat 1/4 cup of oil in a pan and place a tablespoon of meat mixture to form the pancakes, cook on both sides.
For the sauce, boil the tomato and the dry chipotles. Blend with the onion, garlic, water and remaining cube of Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning.
Heat the remaining oil and fry the sauce for 5 minutes. Bat the pancakes with the sauce and serve.
