Preparation
Fry the garlic and finely chopped onion in oil.
When acitrone, add the meat and rosemary, oregano, bay leaf and let the meat brown.
Add the chopped carrot and celery with the wine until reduced.
Add the poached tomato, peeled and liquefied with salt and pepper.
Simmer for an hour.
