Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1 kilo ground beef, beef
  • 1/2 kilos white onion, well chopped
  • 5 branches celery, well chopped
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Red wine
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 ounces olive oil
  • 2 1/2 kilos tomtato
  • 1 gram salt
  • 1 gram black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 branch rosemary
  • 10 leaves bay (laurel)

Preparation

Fry the garlic and finely chopped onion in oil.
When acitrone, add the meat and rosemary, oregano, bay leaf and let the meat brown.
Add the chopped carrot and celery with the wine until reduced.
Add the poached tomato, peeled and liquefied with salt and pepper.
Simmer for an hour.

PRESENTATION

Serve with a salad and bread with garlic.

TIPS

Try the tomato and if it is very acid fix with some sugar.
