This is a simple recipe that your family will love, it is a rich roll of meat stuffed with boiled egg, served with a rich sauce. It is a good and different option to prepare ground beef and delight everyone.

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces of egg Hard
  • 4 spoonfuls of green bell pepper finely chopped
  • 4 spoonfuls of red pepper finely chopped
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1 branch of celery finely chopped
  • 1 piece of carrot finely chopped
  • 6 slices of bacon finely chopped
  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 500 grams of ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of English sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of milk
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Pepper
  • to taste of ground bread
  • 1 piece of Butter

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven 180 ° C.
    Boil three eggs in a pot with water for 10 minutes. Let cool and peel.
    Finely chop the red peppers, onion, celery, carrot and bacon. Place in a bowl and stir well with a spoon.
    Add the two ground meats, the mustard, English sauce, milk and two raw eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything very well with your hands and add enough crushed bread to obtain a homogeneous consistency.
    Grease a baking dish with butter. Place the meat in the form of a long cylinder and in the center the three hard eggs so that they remain inside the roll.
    Bake covered with aluminum foil for 60 minutes until it feels firm when pressed. It can be left uncovered for another 10 minutes so that the surface looks toasted.
    It serves as a hot or cold main course. It can be seasoned with a white sauce or with a spicy tomato sauce.
