This roll of ground beef stuffed with cheese, ham and spinach covered in crispy bacon is delicious, perfect for a hearty meal with the family. Do not stop trying it.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 1/2 kilos ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cups Great Value® ground bread
  • 1 tablespoon Great Value® salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Great Value® mustard, Classic Yellow
  • 150 grams Extra Special® gouda cheese, sliced
  • 6 slices turkey ham
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 20 slices bacon

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
In a bowl mix the meat with the egg, the ground bread and spices. Mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated.
In a tray with aluminum foil spread the meat to occupy the entire surface of the tray, place a layer of Gouda Extra Special® cheese, slices of ham and spinach. With the help of aluminum foil, close the roll, compact well to shape it.
In another tray with aluminum foil place the strips of bacon on each other until you cover the tray completely, place the previous preparation and roll with the bacon, wrap in aluminum foil to compress well.
Bake for 15 minutes, remove from the oven and bake without aluminum foil for 10 more minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
