Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 beef steaks, roll
  • 1 red bell pepper, in strips
  • 2 carrots, in strips
  • 2 zucchini, in strips
  • 2 chayote squash , in strips
  • 1 chipotle chili, smoothie
  • 1 evaporated milk, smoothie

Preparation

Wash the vegetables and peel them.
Cut it into medium strips.
Salt the meat with salt and garlic.
Put the vegetables in the middle part of the beef steaks, roll up and put a wooden stick to hold
Put them to brown the pieces of steaks with the vegetables inside.
Put the rolls to drain and then submerge them in the chipople sauce or whatever they want.
HOW TO PREPARE THE SAUCE. Put the chipotle and evaporated milk in the blender, grind until it is well incorporated, put to boil and leave until it is boiling.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate and add the chipotle sauce.
