These meat rolls in chili pepper sauce are ideal for lunchtime. They are stuffed with a mixture of lettuce and panela cheese and salted with a rich sauce.

Preparation
Spit beef fillets on both sides. Place three sheets of Trio Eva® Lettuce in the center of each fillet and a little panela cheese. Roll and hold with a toothpick.
In a pan over medium heat heat the oil and cook the meat rolls until they are completely cooked. Reservation.
For the sauce, soak the chiles in hot water for 15 minutes to soften. Meanwhile, roast the tomatoes, onion and garlic in a comal.
Blend the chiles with the tomatoes, onion, garlic and chicken broth.
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat, and fry the sauce. Once it is boiling, cook 5 minutes or until thick. Season
Serve the steaks with the sauce and decorate with the parsley.
