Preparation
Sprinkle the meat with paprika, salt and pepper. Heat half the butter in a pan, add the meat and cook 3 minutes.
Remove the meat from the pan and remove the liquid (if any). Add the rest of the butter and fry the onion until golden brown. Add the wine, increase the heat and reduce the mixture in half.
Lower the heat and add the cream. Do not boil! Return the meat to the pan. Put the chopped gherkins and mix.
The mixture should be slightly thick. It can be served on white rice and fettuccini with butter and sprinkle a little bit of chopped parsley.
