Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos beef, in fajitas
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cups sushi rice, Cooked
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

In a wok add the soy sauce, honey, lemon and meat. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, light the wok over medium heat, stirring occasionally, allowing a little less than half of the sauce to evaporate.
Serve a generous bed of rice, on top place the meat and a little of the cooking juice.

TIPS

Queda delicioso, aunque dependiendo de la salsa soya que uses es bueno ir tanteando la cantidad a agregar para que no quede hostigante
