Meatballs are a classic Mexican home cooking, usually prepared in tomato sauce but this time you can cook this recipe very easy and give a spin to this delicious dish. The morita sauce has an exquisite flavor that accompanies them very well.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups rice, Cooked
  • 1/4 cups white onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 4 tomatoes, boiled
  • 3 morita chili peppers, soaked and seedless
  • 1 Cube Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 teaspoons oil

Preparation

Combine meat with egg, rice, onion, cilantro and pepper. Form the meatballs with this mixture and cook them with enough water.
Blend the tomato, the morita pepper, the cube of Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning, the onion, the garlic and the water.
Heat the oil and fry the sauce; Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 3 more minutes. It serves.
