Preparation
Combine meat with egg, rice, onion, cilantro and pepper. Form the meatballs with this mixture and cook them with enough water.
Blend the tomato, the morita pepper, the cube of Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning, the onion, the garlic and the water.
Heat the oil and fry the sauce; Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 3 more minutes. It serves.
