Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 100 grams Ham, chopped
  • 50 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredding
  • 6 yellow cheeses, in slices
  • ketchup
  • mustard
  • onions, chopped
  • pickled jalapeño peppers
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

In a bowl mix the chopped onion, cilantro, pepper salt, egg bread and meat.
Grease and flour a metal mold and preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Add half of the prepared meat and over it add the cheeses and ham, cover with another layer of meat.
Cover with aluminum and bake for 40 minutes or until a small fork is inserted in the center and the liquid is transparent.
Accompany with green salad and a bit of mashed potatoes.
