Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1 piece of garlic finely chopped tooth
  • 1 Cup of spinach
  • 750 grams of ground beef beef
  • 1/2 Cup of raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ginger grated
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup of ground bread
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1 piece of onion for caramelized onions
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar for caramelized onions
  • 1/4 of Cup of tomato sauce to decorate
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a pan over medium heat, cook the onion with the oil until transparent. Add the garlic and cook another minute. Add the spinach and cook for 3 minutes, let all the liquid evaporate.
    In a large bowl, mix sautéed spinach with meat, raisins, spices, bread, egg and season with salt and pepper.
    Place the mixture in a pan mold, cover with foil and bake until cooked, about 1 hour. Cool a little and unmold.
    For the caramelized onions, heat the oil in a pan and simmer the onion. Add the sugar and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes. Reservation.
    Varnish the meatloaf with the tomato sauce and decorate with the onions and the sprigs of parsley.

    PRESENTATION

    Cover with tomato sauce and decorate with parsley.

    TIPS

    If you put an oven refractory with water while the meatloaf is baked, you will prevent the top part from breaking.
