Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 cups of onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic
  • 1 branch of celery chopped
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of shallot chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of English sauce
  • 2/3 of Cup of ketchup
  • 3/4 of kilo of ground beef
  • 1/4 of kilo of ground pork
  • 1 Cup of ground bread
  • 2 eggs milkshakes
  • 1/3 of Cup of parsley chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 190 C.
    In a saucepan, sauté with finely chopped butter, onion, garlic, celery, carrot, and echallot. Leave them for 5 minutes and add salt, pepper, and English sauce. Add 1/3 of the cup of ketchup and leave in the fire for 1 minute while stirring.
    In another bowl stir the vegetables with the meat, the ground bread, the eggs and the parsley. Put in a greased terrine mold and put the remaining ketchup on top.
    Bake one hour or until the meat thermometer registers 155 F.

    excelente solo que hice un toque diferente le coloque green bean cut and corn flake triturado servido con pure de papa

    Carolina Moreno Hola, es una pena, me hubiera gustado muchísimo poder copiar esta receta pues se muy rica y no muy cara, pero....no me quedó muy clara la preparación, creo que faltó mas información para que me quede tal como se ve en la foto.Saludos!!!
