This turkey meatloaf is a great choice for Thanksgiving. Juicy meat with a mixture of sauces and accompanied with mashed sweet potato.

Ingredients

5 servings
  • 800 grams of ground beef of Turkey
  • 3/4 of Cup of ground bread
  • 1/2 Cup of Great Value® Milk
  • 1/4 of Cup of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 piece of onion finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of parsley finely chopped
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 2 spoonfuls of Great Value® salt
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup of ketchup
  • 1/4 of Cup of raw sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of Great Value® Mustard
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt Great Value®
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and grease a pancake mold.
    In a bowl, mix the meat, bread, milk, cheese, onion, parsley, egg, salt and pepper.
    Place the mixture in the cake pan and bake 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and remove excess liquids. Reservation.
    Mix the ketchup sauce, the sugar, the mustard and the English sauce and varnish the meatloaf with this mixture.
    Return to the oven and cook about 30 more minutes or until the meat is cooked. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    For mashed potatoes, cook the sweet potato in salted water for around 15 minutes or until it is very soft.
    Pass the sweet potato through a fine mesh to obtain a fine puree. If necessary, pass it twice.
    In a deep frying pan, melt the butter and add the puree and hydrate little by little with the milk, mixing.
    Season the puree with salt and nutmeg and serve with the meatloaf.
