Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams ground beef, beef
  • 80 grams bread crumbs
  • 166 milliliters milk
  • salt, and pepper
  • 1 boat mashed tomatoes, fried (approximately 400 grams)
  • Gouda cheeses, or havarti, several slices
  • parmesan cheese, grated to taste
  • oregano

Preparation

In a bowl put the minced meat, breadcrumbs and milk.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix everything well with a good wooden spoon.
Place the dough on a plate or round baking tray and crush the dough with the hand or the back of a spoon until it acquires the shape of the dish and the surface is smooth.
Cover with the fried tomato until it is even and the meat is covered.
Cut the Havarti or Gouda cheese into longitudinal strips of approximately 1-1.5 cm. Wide.
Place the cheese strips on the fried tomato, designing to taste.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Add the oregano, to taste, all over the surface.
Bake at 205ºC for 20-25 minutes.

TIPS

As with a pizza, you can add the ingredients you want: mushrooms, green pepper, basil. Once the preparation is finished, it can be frozen, like a pizza, for later consumption. At the time of serving, cut it
