Ingredients

6 portions
  • PAM® Butter, canola oil flavor butter spray
  • 500 grams chicken breast, without skin
  • 6 manchego cheese, in slices
  • 100 grams mushroom
  • 3 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cups corn kernels
  • 100 grams poblano pepper, in rajas
  • 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 100 grams spinach
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Spray a pan with 2 shots of PAM® Butter and seal breasts on both sides until cooking. Set aside on a tray placing the slice of cheese on top
In the same pan, sprinkle 2 shots of PAM® Butter and cook the onion, garlic, mushrooms, corn, chile poblano slices, add the cream and milk, salt and pepper

PRESENTATION

Melt the breasts in the microwave and put the sauce on top. Serve on a bed of spinach.

TIPS

If you want you can buy spinach ready to eat in the refrigerator of packaged vegetables. These are disinfected and ready to use, so you decrease the time in the kitchen.
