Ingredients

8 portions
  • red bell peppers, green and yellow
  • 1 onion
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 cups fresh coriander
  • olive oils, necessary amount
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • chickens
  • chicken soup, or chicken consommé

Preparation

Picas all in julienne (sticks) peppers, garlic, onion.
You put the olive oil and sauté the onion.
Once they are transparent, put the peppers and the tomato and finally the chicken and the consommé.
You put fine Italian herbs and saltpeter. Ready! Serve with rice to your liking.
