Clean the nopales, add a little salt and part in julienne. Reservation.
Part the julienne onion and reserve.
Season the steaks and reserve.
Fry the steaks in a pan with little oil, remove from heat and part in strips. Reservation.
Remove the skin from the sausage and fry it in the same pan. Once cooked, remove from heat and place on a plate.
Fry the onion and nopales with the fat of the sausage; once cooked, integrate the steak and the longaniza, let cook for 10 minutes more. It serves.
