The combination of the flavors of this dish is delicious, in addition to the practicality of its ingredients to cook them on any day. You can make tacos with this stew based on longaniza, pork steak, onion and nopales.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos longaniza sausage, or chorizo
  • 1/2 kilos pork loin head steak
  • 1 onion
  • 4 nopales
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

Clean the nopales, add a little salt and part in julienne. Reservation.
Part the julienne onion and reserve.
Season the steaks and reserve.
Fry the steaks in a pan with little oil, remove from heat and part in strips. Reservation.
Remove the skin from the sausage and fry it in the same pan. Once cooked, remove from heat and place on a plate.
Fry the onion and nopales with the fat of the sausage; once cooked, integrate the steak and the longaniza, let cook for 10 minutes more. It serves.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany it with refried beans or use it for tacos.

TIPS

You can cook everything together, but sometimes onions start to burn, so you must be constantly moving.
