Milanesa de Pollo Cake

This irresistible chicken milanesa cake has a very special alternative: meat, which when ground can be seasoned in the way that you like; the mixture that we present below is with a smooth texture and combines excellent with McCORMICK® mustard. Try it, you will love it!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 1/2 cups ground chicken, for the chicken mixture
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, for the chicken mixture
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest, for the chicken mixture
  • 1/2 cups flour, for the chicken mixture
  • 1 egg, for the chicken mixture
  • 1/2 cups coriander, finely chopped, for the chicken mixture
  • to taste salt, for the chicken mixture
  • to taste black pepper, for the chicken mixture
  • 3 tablespoons McCormick® Mustard
  • enough ground bread, to bread
  • enough vegetal oil, to fry
  • 4 Mexican telera rolls
  • to taste mayonnaise
  • enough Italian lettuce, in sheets
  • enough Oaxaca cheese, crumbled
  • enough tomtato, in slices
  • enough avocado, in slices
  • to taste mustard

Preparation

For the meat, mix together the ground chicken meat, the lemon juice, the lemon zest, the flour, the egg, the coriander, the salt and the pepper. Add McCORMICK® mustard and stir to incorporate.
Form milanesas with the ground meat, flattening them on two plastic sheets, repeat until finished with the mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Bread with breadcrumbs, it is not necessary to use an egg. Refrigerate again if necessary and fry in hot oil for approximately 10 minutes. Drain.
For the cake, cut the bread in half horizontally and on the base, spread mayonnaise, place lettuce leaves, the quesillo, the chicken milanesa, the tomato and the avocado.
Add McCORMICK® mustard to taste and top with bread.

PRESENTATION

Present the cake with all its ingredients carefully placed, preferably the Milanese under the vegetables.

TIPS

It perfectly cools each milanesa so that when it is fried, it does not come apart easily.
