Preparation
Place a chicken milanese on a board, add two slices of ham and a bit of cheese, roll and insert some chopsticks to preserve the shape.
Bread each chicken milanesa, passing through flour, egg and Bimbo® corn flakes.
Heat a pan over low heat and cook the chicken rolls until they are cooked. Cover if necessary.
For the sauce, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and reserve.
Serve the milanesas with the sauce.
