  • 2 liters of Water for the puree
  • 4 potatoes cut into cubes, the puree
  • 1 cup of milk for the puree
  • 2 tablespoons of butter for the puree
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of White pepper for the puree
  • 1 tablespoon of nutmeg for the puree
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 kilo of beef milanesa
  • 2 cups of ground bread
  • enough of parsley chopped, to serve


For the mashed potatoes, heat a pot over medium heat with the water, cook the potatoes with a little salt until they are soft, strain and reserve.
Heat a pot over medium heat with the milk, add butter and the cooked potatoes, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. With the help of a masher crush the potatoes to form the puree, cook until the milk is reduced and obtain a smooth puree, chill.
On a board spread the beef fillets and stuffed with mashed potatoes, form well compressed rolls and reserve.
Beat the milk with the egg and add salt and pepper. Pass and press the Milanese rolls through the egg mixture and the bread crumbs.
In a pan, heat the oil and fry the rolls until they are crisp, remove the oil and place them on absorbent paper, reserve.
Cut into slices and serve with chopped parsley. Serve.


Serve the roll cut into slices accompanied by salad.


To make your rolls perfect, refrigerate them a couple of hours before breading, so they do not lose shape.
