Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of nutmeg for puree
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of Pepper
  • 1/2 kilo of breaded beef
  • 2 cups of ground bread
  • enough of parsley chopped, to serve

    Preparation

    For the puree, heat a pot over medium heat with the water, cook the potatoes with a little salt until they are soft, strain and reserve.
    Heat a pot over medium heat with the milk, add butter and cooked potatoes, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. With the help of a crusher crush the potatoes to form the puree, cook until the milk is reduced and obtain a smooth puree, chill.
    On a board spread the beef fillets and stuffed with mashed potatoes, form well compressed rolls and reserve.
