Preparation
Preparation of the milanesas: Season the milanesas with salt, garlic powder and pepper to taste. Mix the eggs in a mold and pass the meat. Blend sweet and salty cookies and then brew the meat. Fry. Place on a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
Preparation of the sauce: Blend the previously roasted tomato with salt. In a sauce boat, add sugar and oregano, mix with onion and chopped chilies.
