Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams Veal Milanese (breaded)
  • McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • ground pepper
  • salt
  • 28 Marie biscuits, , 1 package
  • 23 crackers, , 1 package
  • 2 eggs
  • canola oils
  • 1 1/2 tomatoes, roast
  • 100 grams jalapeno pepper, finely chopped, optional
  • 1/4 white onions, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch ground oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoons sugar

Preparation

Preparation of the milanesas: Season the milanesas with salt, garlic powder and pepper to taste. Mix the eggs in a mold and pass the meat. Blend sweet and salty cookies and then brew the meat. Fry. Place on a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
Preparation of the sauce: Blend the previously roasted tomato with salt. In a sauce boat, add sugar and oregano, mix with onion and chopped chilies.

PRESENTATION

Serve them on a plate and accompany them with the sauce. Add french fries , mashed potatoes or a green salad.
