This breaded chicken milanesa is not the classic one, as it is accompanied by a homemade ranch sauce made with spices, mayonnaise and homemade whey. Best of all, it has a super crunchy and delicious breaded.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken milanesa (breaded)
  • 2 eggs, smoothie, to batter
  • 1 package Bimbo® Classic Ground Bread
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons parsley, dehydrated
  • 1 cup oil, to fry
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dill, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chives, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon chili seeds

Preparation

Bread chicken slices with flour, egg and Bimbo® classic ground bread mixed with salt, pepper and parsley.
In a deep skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and fry the milanesa until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and reserve.
For the dressing, mix the milk with the vinegar and let stand 3 minutes. Once the time has passed, add the rest of the ingredients and mix very well until obtaining a homogeneous dressing.
Serve the milanesas with a little dressing and on top of the salad. Decorate with the chili seeds.

PRESENTATION

Serve the Milanese with the sauce and decorate with the salad of cucumber and radish.

TIPS

When combining the milk with the vinegar it will be "cut", this is normal, since a "whey" is being made.

Hola me quedo rico el aderezo pero muy aguado , que puedo hacer para que quede más espeso

Hoy hice por primera vez esta milanesa ranch y su aderezo. Es deliciosa y muy facil de hacer. Omiti las semillas de chile solo porque no me gustan. Algo importante es que utilizas ingredientes que normalmente todos tenemos en la cocina. Gracias Kiwilimon
