This breaded chicken milanesa is not the classic one, as it is accompanied by a homemade ranch sauce made with spices, mayonnaise and homemade whey. Best of all, it has a super crunchy and delicious breaded.

Preparation
Bread chicken slices with flour, egg and Bimbo® classic ground bread mixed with salt, pepper and parsley.
In a deep skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and fry the milanesa until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and reserve.
For the dressing, mix the milk with the vinegar and let stand 3 minutes. Once the time has passed, add the rest of the ingredients and mix very well until obtaining a homogeneous dressing.
Serve the milanesas with a little dressing and on top of the salad. Decorate with the chili seeds.
