This Recipe for Meatloaf is very easy to make. You only need 8 ingredients to cook it and it's amazing how rich it is. The meatloaf carries ground bread, this helps to give it a crunchy consistency, apart from compacting the ingredients and joining them together.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 kilo of ground beef
  • 1/2 Cup of ground bread
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 Cup of onion finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of garlic finely chopped
  • 4 spoonfuls of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 2 teaspoons of parsley finely chopped
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of black pepper
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • enough of ketchup to varnish
  • enough of parsley to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a bowl, mix the ground beef with the ground bread, the egg, the onion, the garlic, the ketchup sauce, the mustard, the parsley, the salt and the pepper.
    Take approximately 150 g of the meat mixture and give it a circular shape with the help of your hands. Wrap with bacon and place in a greased baking tray or waxed paper. Varnish the surface of the pastries and the bacon with ketchup sauce.
    Bake for 15 minutes or until the meat is cooked and the bacon browned.
    Serve with parsley, accompanied by salad and pasta.

    PRESENTATION

    TIPS

    Esta rico! Muy rico, solo que tuve que dejarlo por más tiempo. Mucho más tiempo, y creo que para la próxima que lo vuelva hacer cambiaría el perejil por cilantro. Creo que quedará mejor asi. Lo demás esta rico!

    La combine con carne de cerdo y quedó excelente de sabor !!! Le agrgue pimenta y fajita limón que le da un sabor a la carne excelente!! Con una ensalada verde,y una gelatina de naranja con zanahoria rayada.!
