Rich recipe of oriental food, the mixture of meat with the oyster sauce gives a unique and sensational taste of sea and land. Dare to prepare it, you will love it.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 pieces of chicken breast boned
  • 2 pieces of rib eye
  • 15 pieces of shrimp medium
  • 1 piece of green bell pepper
  • 1 piece of Red bell pepper
  • 4 pieces of spring onion
  • 1/2 Cup of peanut
  • 150 grams of soybean sprouts
  • 2 pieces of carrot sliced
  • 200 grams of broccoli
  • 2 pieces of garlic Crushed
  • 3 soup spoons of oyster sauce
  • 2 soup spoons of soy sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of tequila
  • 2 spoonfuls of cornstarch dissolved in 2 cups of water
  • 3 pinches of fresh ginger or in powder
  • 4 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 50 grams of toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 jar of baby corn in vinegar

    Preparation

    PREPARATION OF THE SAUCE: In a bowl, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, tequila, the cornstarch dissolved in water, and the ginger. Stir vigorously and reserve.
    In a wok, sauté with enough oil, hard vegetables such as onions (whole and tail), garlic, peppers and carrots. Then add the meat, chicken and shrimp, cut into medium pieces, until they are parboiled. Pepper.
    Add the split elotitos, the broccoli, the soy germ, the peanuts and the sesame seeds. Stir everything and add the previously prepared sauce.
    Let the sauce thicken a little.

    PRESENTATION

    Already served, sprinkle with a little sesame.
