This recipe is an exquisite dish of chicken mole in flour tortillas, this recipe is super original and you will love it, prepare it.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 pounds chicken thighs, without bone and without skin
  • 1 tablespoon Maggi chicken flavor bouillon
  • 1 Tablet bitter chocolate, Chocolate Granny, grated
  • 1 can cherry tomato, crushed
  • 1 white onion, large, cut into pieces
  • 2 ancho chili peppers, without seeds or stem, cut
  • 1 chipotle chili, canned in marinade sauce
  • 1/2 cups almond, sliced, toasted
  • 1/4 cups raisin
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and bruised
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • rice, cooked hot
  • to taste flour tortillas

Preparation

Put the chicken thighs in a cooking pot of 5 to 6 quarts.
Put the broth, Granny chocolate, tomatoes, onion, broad chilies, chipotle, almonds, raisins, garlic, oil and cinnamon in a blender and cover it.
Blend until ready (Blend in 2 portions if all ingredients do not fit in your blender).
Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours or until chicken is tender.
Serve the chicken with the sauce, with the cooked rice, on the flour tortilla.
