Ingredients

10 portions
  • 250 grams guajillo chili, powdered
  • 250 grams ancho chili pepper, powdered
  • 250 grams pasilla chili pepper, powdered
  • 10 chickens, cooked
  • 10 cups chicken consommé
  • 100 grams bitter chocolate, powdered
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground clove
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground pepper

Preparation

Blend in Chicken Broth with chilli powder, spices, chocolate. Until it is a homogeneous mixture
Fry in a saucepan with a little oil grinding.

la receta es para 10 porciones y me pide diez pollos!?!?!?! un pollo por comensal!?!?!? y chile en polvo!!!!!!!

entonces no hay necesidad de comprar la pasta hecha? con los puros polvos se puede hacer el mole? Enserio? :O Alguien me puede decir?
