Cooking mushrooms is a delicate and sometimes complicated process, so we thought of a simple way to do it because we want you to spend more time with your family, so follow the next steps and you will be surprised.

Ingredients

5 servings
  • 800 grams of beef cut into cubes
  • 200 grams of mushroom laminates, equivalent to a tray
  • 1 on of Seasoning juice

    Preparation

    Remove the bag for the oven that comes inside the upper part of the container and open it by detaching the red adhesive. Carefully spread the bag and find the white seal located between its folds.
    Insert into the bag 800 g approx. of meat cut into cubes and a tray of laminated mushrooms (200 g approx.). Then add all the seasoning and close the bag with the white seal. Remove from the outside with your hands to impregnate the meat with the seasoning.
    It accommodates the bag with the meat on a refractory for oven, leads to preheated oven at medium-high temperature of 200º C approx. and cook for 35 min.
    Remove from the oven, carefully cut the bag, serve immediately and enjoy!

    PRESENTATION

    Use the meat juice that you got from the cooking, serve the meat and pour the juice on it. Accompany the dish with a rich mashed potatoes.

    TIPS

    To soften the meat you can bathe it with wine, or some liquor and let it marinate, its flavor and texture will be excellent.

    duda me gustaría saber como se prepara la salsa, o si esta se agrega con la carne y el champiñon al momento de ir al horno, o se disuelve con agua; muchas gracias
