Ingredients

6 portions
  • 200 grams meat
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1/4 cups sausage, chopped (for spicy beans)
  • 1 red onion, chopped (for spicy beans)
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed (for spicy beans)
  • 1 Red chili pepper, spicy (for spicy beans)
  • 1 cup refried beans, (for the spicy beans)
  • 1/3 cups meat broth, (for the spicy beans)
  • 1 lemon, (for dressing)
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander, (for dressing)
  • 1 cup yogurt, (for dressing)
  • enough salt, and pepper (for the dressing)
  • enough tortilla chips
  • 1/4 cups cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation

Marinate the steaks in the beer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the chorizo, onion, garlic and chili.
Add the beans to the pan and cook for 5-10 minutes.
In a separate bowl mix the juice and the lemon zest.
Chop half of the cilantro and mix with the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% and lemon.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
Fry the steaks to taste and let them rest.
Put the tortilla chips in a bowl and add the beans in half, Cut the meat and place on the top.
Decorate with Greek Style Yoghurt sauce FAGE® Total 0% and the rest of the cilantro.
Sprinkle with the grated cheese and serve.
