If you want to try typical dishes from other countries, this recipe for Napolitan Milanesa is a great option, since it is typical of Argentina. Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of beef milanesa center of face
  • enough of flour to bread
  • 2 pieces of egg to bread
  • 3 spoonfuls of milk to bread
  • enough of salt and pepper to bread
  • enough of ground bread to bread
  • enough of vegetable oil to fry
  • 2 pieces of White potato cut into slices
  • 1 Cup of tomato sauce
  • 200 grams of Ham
  • 200 grams of mozzarella cheese cool
  • 1 piece of tomato cut into slices
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • enough of thyme to decorate

    Preparation

    Bread the Milanesa with the flour and remove the excess. In a bowl beat the egg with milk, salt and pepper. Pass the Milanesa through this mixture and later through the bread crumbs.
    Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil and fry the potatoes until crisp. Remove them and fry the Milanesas until they are cooked. Drain on absorbent paper.
    Add tomato sauce over each Milanesa, arrange a slice of ham and mozzarella cheese, finish with the slices of tomato and sprinkle with oregano. Cook the parmigiana again for 5 minutes with the pan covered so that the cheese melts.
    On a table serve the Parmigiana with potatoes, accompany with thyme and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the Milanesa accompanied by chips.

    TIPS

    You can bake the potatoes so they are very crispy, do not worry about deep frying, almost no fat is absorbed if cooked at a good temperature.
