If you want to try typical dishes from other countries, this recipe for Napolitan Milanesa is a great option, since it is typical of Argentina. Napolitan Milanesa is prepared with beef, breaded in tomato sauce, ham and cheese. To give it a better flavor, you can bake the potatoes until they are crispy.

  • 500 grams beef milanesa, center of face
  • enough flour, to bread
  • 2 eggs, to bread
  • 3 tablespoons milk, to bread
  • enough salt and pepper, to bread
  • enough ground bread, to bread
  • enough vegetal oil, to fry
  • 2 white potatoes, cut into slices
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 200 grams Ham
  • 200 grams mozzarella cheese, cool
  • 1 tomtato, cut into slices
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • enough thyme, to decorate


Bread the Milanesa with the flour and remove the excess. In a bowl beat the egg with milk, salt and pepper. Pass the Milanesa through this mixture and later through the bread crumbs.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil and fry the potatoes until crisp. Remove them and fry the Milanesas until they are cooked. Drain on absorbent paper.
Add tomato sauce over each Milanesa, arrange a slice of ham and mozzarella cheese, finish with the slices of tomato and sprinkle with oregano. Cook the parmigiana again for 5 minutes with the pan covered so that the cheese melts.
On a table serve the Parmigiana with potatoes, accompany with thyme and enjoy.


Serve the Milanesa accompanied by chips.


You can bake the potatoes so they are very crispy, do not worry about deep frying, almost no fat is absorbed if cooked at a good temperature.
