Ingredients

10 portions
  • 10 slices bacon, diced
  • 1 onion
  • 500 grams pork meat, (pulp) diced
  • 500 grams beef, (pulp) diced
  • 250 grams sausage, cut into slices
  • 250 grams sausage, cut into slices
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 cup beer
  • to taste cumin
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, cook the bacon until it is fat and brown.
Add the onion and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the pork, the chorizo, the beef, the sausages, the peppers, when the meat is cooked, add the beer.
Season with cumin, salt and pepper, and cook for 5 min.

PRESENTATION

On a disc, accompanied by tortillas.
