Preparation
Place the meat, one of the onions, half of the peppers and 2 of the cloves of garlic in an iron pot with lid.
Add water and bay leaf. Boil the water over medium-high heat (with the pot covered).
As it boils, cook on low heat for 2 hrs until the meat is tender.
Cut the onion and remaining peppers into thin slices, put them in a pan together with the Italian dressing, and mix everything well.
Cook by stirring frequently over medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Drain the meat mixture and reserve 1/2 tz of the liquid; Place the meat in a deep dish.
Crumble the meat with two forks, add it to the mixture of vegetables in the pan, mix everything well and cook it for 2 mns.
Add the remaining liquid along with the remaining ingredients, stir from time to time.
Cook for 5 more, or until it is completely hot.
