Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 pumpkins, elongated greens
  • 1 green bell pepper, big
  • 3 oranges, castings
  • 3 tablespoons fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 pinch dry rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cups cranberry , dried
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 package potato, Frozen French
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation

The chicken breasts are cooked in abundant water along with the clove of garlic. They are removed from the fire when they are cooked and cut into cubes, trying not to burn, and reserve.
We put olive oil in a pan and fry the parents, when they are residents we remove from the fire and reserve.
In a Wok or wide-mouth pan, put over high heat and add olive oil, when it is hot add the pumpkin cut into cubes, the pepper cut into thin strips and let cook, we want them to be crispy.
When the pumpkin is a bit golden brown add the chicken in pieces, the salt, consome, chives, sugar, garlic powder, rosemary and mix to incorporate everything.
Immediately add the mandarin juice, move a little and place the cranberries.
We lower the heat, mix a little more and cover to cook for 15 minutes. plus.

PRESENTATION

A portion of the chicken is served accompanied by French-style dads.

TIPS

The blueberries are broken at the end so that they will not be beaten.
