Preparation
In a bowl, mix the corn flour with the wheat flour, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and water.
Cover the raw chicken breast in the previous mix and fry for 5 minutes in hot oil until golden and puffy. Remove the chicken from the oil and transfer to a plate with absorbent paper towels to drain off the excess oil.
In a sauce pan, heat the pineapple juice with the sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, red pepper flakes and cornstarch. Mix and cook for 10 minutes or until lightly thickened.
Pour the sauce over the fried chicken, mix and serve warm with black sesame seeds.
