Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 Turkey
  • 4 onions, chopped
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 10 tablespoons whole clove
  • 6 cups coconut milk
  • 3 chipotle chilies
  • 3 branches fresh coriander
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Wash the turkey and put it in a mold to put it in the oven.
Chop the onion and garlic, 2 onions and the chilies and sauté all together in the hot oil, pour it to be ground in the blender or in the processor.
Add the curry prepared with different spices, salt and black pepper to taste.
Put together what was prepared in the two previous steps in a bowl and add the coconut milk.
Marinate the turkey for four to six hours with this sensual origami blend.
Put the turkey in the oven and go soaking it with its juice and the one that comes out of the delicious sauce for the recommended time based on the kilos of the turkey.

PRESENTATION

Serve the turkey garnished with sprigs of cilantro, accompanied by a brown rice, rice with a touch of coconut, guava jam or the traditional blueberry.
