A very rich chicken recipe with pizza and cheese tomato sauce.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of ground bread to bread
  • 1 tablespoon of Dried oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon of garlic
  • 4 spoonfuls of paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 1/2 Cup of flour
  • 1 jar of marinara sauce or pizza sauce
  • 3/4 of Cup of mozzarella cheese grated
  • 2 spoonfuls of Parmesan cheese
  • 4 chickens

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
    In a medium deep bowl combine the ground bread, oregano, garlic powder, and paprika.
    In another deep bowl, mix the egg and milk.
    In another bowl, mix the flour with salt and pepper.
    Take each chicken breast and dip it first in the flour, then in the egg and then in the ground bread. Make sure they are well covered.
    Increase the temperature of your oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake the breasts in a glass container for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Top with marinara sauce, mozarella cheese and Parmesan cheese and bake for 10 more minutes or until the cheese is bubbling.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in the same refractory or on a large platter. Accompany with a small portion of fettucine.
