Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
In a medium deep bowl combine the ground bread, oregano, garlic powder, and paprika.
In another deep bowl, mix the egg and milk.
In another bowl, mix the flour with salt and pepper.
Take each chicken breast and dip it first in the flour, then in the egg and then in the ground bread. Make sure they are well covered.
Increase the temperature of your oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake the breasts in a glass container for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Top with marinara sauce, mozarella cheese and Parmesan cheese and bake for 10 more minutes or until the cheese is bubbling.
