Parmesan Chicken with Tomato

Enjoy this delicious and quick option to prepare chicken. A super easy recipe, full of flavor, with a creamy sauce, mushrooms, a touch of dehydrated tomato and to finish grated Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 2 cups of mushroom cut into slices
  • 2 pieces of chicken breast split in half
  • 2 1/2 cups of cream to beat
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Pepper
  • 1 Cup of dehydrated tomato
  • 1/2 Cup of Parmesan
  • 2 spoonfuls of basil chopped and twigs to decorate

    Preparation

    In a pan over medium heat, cook the onion with butter until transparent. Add mushrooms and cook about 5 minutes.
    Add the breasts and the whipping cream, reduce the heat and cook with a lid for about 25 minutes or until the breasts are cooked. Move from time to time
    Uncover and season, add the dehydrated tomato, cheese and basil. Cook 5 more minutes to integrate and serve.

    PRESENTATION
