For those who love toast, we leave you with this recipe for a leg breaded in vinegar with a touch of oregano and served on toast with green and cream sauce. You will surely love it!

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 cups paw, of beef cooked and cut in cubes
  • 1/2 onions, filleted
  • 1 cup cabbage, filleted
  • 1/2 cups white vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 450 milliliters LALA® cream
  • 400 grams Panela cheese LALA®
  • 1 cup green sauce
  • 10 fried or toasted corn tortilla

Preparation

Add in a bowl, the leg, the onion, the cabbage, the vinegar, the water, the oregano and the salt. Mix perfectly and let stand for 25 minutes.
Serve the toast on toast and accompany with the LALA® Cream and the LALA® Panela Cheese and a little green sauce.

PRESENTATION

Serve two toast per dish and accompany with LALA® Panela Cheese and LALA® Cream.

TIPS

You can add lettuce to accompany if you like.
