Ingredients

4 servings
  • 800 grams of beef belly washed
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 6 pieces of tomato
  • 10 pieces of guajillo chili pepper deveined
  • 2 branches of epazote
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 4 spoonfuls of onion finely chopped, to accompany
  • 1 teaspoonful of oregano To accompany
  • 10 pieces of Corn tortillas To accompany

    Preparation

    Cook the pancita in a pot with water, onion and garlic covered about 20 minutes.
    In a pot over medium heat, cook the tomatoes with the guajillo pepper for about 15 minutes.
    Blend the previous preparation. Integrate the tummy with the sprig of epazote. Continue cooking for around 20 minutes. Season with salt.
    Serve the pancita with oregano, chopped onion and serve with corn tortillas.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a bowl with lemon, onion, oregano and served with fresh corn tortillas.

    Hice la receta ayer pero la carne tardo 5 horas cociendose. En 20 min ni de broma. Pero al final quedó rico. Deberían cambiar lo del tiempo, eso está mal y uno se confía :(
