Ingredients

4 portions
  • 300 grams rib eye
  • 1 onion
  • 200 grams American cheese
  • 2 baguettes

Preparation

Slice the onion and place it in a hot pan with oil. Leave about 6 minutes or enough to caramelize the onion.
Put all the cheese in a holla and melt it in a bain maria
While cutting the meat into thin slices and roast in another pan.
Prepare the baguetts by cutting it in the center and smear a bit of moztasa inside.
Mix the meat and onion.
Put the meat with the onion in the baguets.
Put the cheese on top of the meat.
Split the baguetts into 2 and serve hot.

TIPS

You can use provolone cheese or cheddar envez of American cheese. Smeat the meat and onions to your liking by adding salt and pepper.

Se puede mejorar. No la critico, pero la receta original es: Acitronar la cebolla con sal y pimienta. Separar. Cocinar carne de milanesa cortada en tiritas hasta que quede dorada. Incorporar la cebolla y un pimiento verde cotrado en tiritas. Agregar salsa para carnes (worcestsh... esa... o A1). Agregar queso Monterrey o chihuahua y servir en pan baguette con mayonesa y mostaza. Perdón. Tenía que escribir esto porque es mi sandwich favorito. Saludos!!!
