Prepare these delicious empanadas stuffed with ground beef with olives, peppers and chips. In a crunchy dough and best of all is that you do not need oil to fry them.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 350 grams of ground beef
  • 3/4 of Cup of tomato puree
  • 2 pieces of red bell pepper in squares
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of oregano
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 10 pieces of discs for empanada
  • 1 piece of egg yolk to varnish

    Preparation

    For the filling, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the onion. Add ground beef and cook about 5 minutes or until cooked. Add the tomato puree and mix.
    Add the pepper, olives and spices. Cook on low heat about 15 minutes. Chill and reserve.
    Fill the empanadas with the meat filling and varnish the edges with the yolk. Closes and varnishes on the outside.
    Place patties in Philips® Airfryer and fry at 390 ° F for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn the empanadas half way through the cooking process.
    Serve immediately.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with a homemade chimichurri.

    TIPS

    Take care not to splice the empanadas in the fryer to avoid sticking.
