For the filling, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the onion. Add ground beef and cook about 5 minutes or until cooked. Add the tomato puree and mix.
Add the pepper, olives and spices. Cook on low heat about 15 minutes. Chill and reserve.
Fill the empanadas with the meat filling and varnish the edges with the yolk. Closes and varnishes on the outside.
