Ingredients

6 servings
  • PAM® Original Canola oil spray
  • 350 grams of ground beef beef
  • 210 grams of tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic chopped
  • 2/3 of Cup of carrot in cubes
  • 2/3 of Cup of pea cooked
  • 2/3 of Cup of potato chopped into cubes
  • 2 teaspoons of onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of parsley finely chopped
  • 3 pieces of chipotle chile pepper
  • 12 pieces of fried or toasted corn tortilla
  • 1/4 of Cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 of Cup of Panela cheese grated
  • Salt
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    Spray a saucepan with two shots of PAM® Original, brown the onion, garlic, and add the meat until it is cooked.
    Blend the tomato puree with the chipotle peppers, add to the meat and vegetables, leave to cook for 10 minutes over low heat, sprinkle the chopped parsley and salt and pepper

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on toast dipped in cream and grated cheese

    TIPS

    If you do not have toast you can put corn tortillas in the microwave for two minutes on each side, and so we have a golden texture.
