Preparation
Season the breasts with salt and pepper and then cover them with the flour.
In a large skillet over medium heat melt 4 tablespoons of butter and olive oil. When the butter begins to boil add the chicken breasts and cook for 3 minutes on each side, remove from the pan and put on a plate.
In the pan with the butter, add the lemon juice, the capers, and the chicken broth. Cook until it starts to boil.
Place the breasts in the sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the sauce and place in a serving dish.
Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the sauce and mix well with a whisk. Allow the sauce to cook for 2-3 more minutes.
Pour the sauce over the breasts and serve.
