Beef meatballs broth, with a slightly smoky flavor that gives the chipotle chili and the great flavor of Natural Tomato Puree of Fuerte®, If you like meatballs this recipe will delight.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1/2 piece of onion In rooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic In rooms
  • 1 Cup of Pure Natural Tomato Puree®
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 3 pieces of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 2 pieces of whole black pepper
  • 2 cups of chicken soup
  • 1 kilo of ground beef
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1/2 piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of ground bread
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 3 pieces of White potato Cut into small cubes and cooked
  • 2 pieces of carrot Cut into small cubes and cooked
  • 1 piece of zucchini Cut into cubes and cooked

    Preparation

    Heat the oil in a saucepan, add onion, garlic, until bright and transparent, then the Del Fuerte Natural Tomato Puree, ½ bunch of coriander, chipotle, the whole pepper and stir for 5 minutes until everything is well cooked . Add the chicken broth and cook for 10 minutes; reservation.
    Add all the ingredients to the blender until they are perfectly well ground.
    In a pot place the previous preparation and cook until it boils, if you need chicken broth you can add a little more so it is not so thick.
    Add in a bowl, chopped cilantro, the ground beef, olive oil, chopped white onion, egg, chopped garlic , breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are incorporated. Form balls of approximately 30 g and add them little by little to the caldillo. Cook for approximately 15 minutes.
    To finish, add the potato in cubes after 5 minutes add the carrot and finally the pumpkin.

    PRESENTATION

    In a deep dish serve 3 meatballs and a little vegetables.

    TIPS

    So that the cooking of the vegetables is perfectly well be sure to add them to the broth in the order mentioned.
