A tasty pre-Hispanic Tabasco recipe of pork in a chilli sauce with tomato.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • kilos pork shoulder, in Little pieces
  • 2 guajillo chilies
  • 2 pasilla chili peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 garlic

Preparation

In a pot with little water (trying to cover the meat). Put half the onion, meat and salt.
