Prepare this pizzeta with meat and olives that is perfect for an afternoon of movies or for a weekend meal. It is very simple to make and you can customize it with the ingredients that you like the most.

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 500 grams meat
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste olive
  • 100 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 100 grams parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cups mashed tomatoes


Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Mix the flour with the salt and the pinch of sugar.
Add the water and then the oil, knead until the dough is not stuck in your hands. (It may be necessary to add more water or flour depending on the mass that is released or not). Leave the dough at rest.
Flour a flat and firm surface, spread the dough with the help of a rolling pin according to the desired thickness and make stitches with a fork to prevent it from inflating.
Place the meat in a pan with garlic, onion and paprika and salt and pepper to taste. When it is almost ready, add the chopped olives.
Add the tomato puree over the dough, a layer of ham and the mixture of the meat, then a layer of cheese. It is taken to the oven for 20 minutes.
