The creamy recipes are always a must for any meal, that's why we give you this recipe of Poblano Beef Tips, which is prepared with poblano pepper, corn kernels and panela cheese. For this creamy recipe you can use veal or pork meat, since the most important thing is that the creamy sauce has a good consistency.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 spoonfuls of I Can't Believe Is Not Butter®
  • 1/4 of piece of onion filleted
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 500 grams of fillet tip beef
  • enough of salt and pepper
  • 1 Cup of rajas poblanas
  • 1/3 of Cup of corn kernels
  • 3/4 of Cup of sour cream
  • 1 Cup of Manchego cheese grated
  • 1/2 Cup of Panela cheese in cubes
  • enough of avocado cut in slices, to decorate
  • enough of Corn tortillas To accompany

    Preparation

    In a deep skillet over medium heat, melt three tablespoons of I Can't Believe Is Not Butter® and cook onion and garlic until bright.
    Add the beef tips, season with salt and pepper, cook until they change color.
    Add the poblano rajas and corn kernels, cook 3 minutes, add the sour cream, the manchego cheese and continue cooking for 5 more minutes. Season to taste.
    Serve and decorate with small cubes of panela cheese, avocado slices and serve with corn tortillas.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on a plate accompanied by beans, rice and corn tortillas.

    TIPS

    You can prepare it with lamb or pork, it will be delicious.
